Gennaro Ringley brings extensive expertise from the collegiate level, having trained NFL players and developed championship-caliber athletes. As an Army veteran with over a decade of experience, Coach Ringley combines cutting-edge training methodologies with proven results.

✓ CSCCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach

✓ USAW Weightlifting & Olympic Lifting Certified

✓ Licensed Massage & Body Work Therapist

8 weeks of intensive training

Monday-Friday 12:00pm-1:30pm
